You must arrive at Deep Forest Challenge training course 30 minutes before your adventure is scheduled to begin. If you arrive late, you MIGHT be re-booked on a later adventure that day, depending on availability.
Deep Forest Challenge operates in all weather conditions. Operations will only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions such as lightning storms, icing of pathways or high winds.
Operations will be postponed at our discretion. We will offer an alternative departure date and time in consultation and agreement with you.
You are required to wear fully enclosed and comfortable sporting or hiking shoes. During wet weather you must wear warm clothing and wet weather protective outer wear. Long pants recommended; skirts and dresses are not allowed.
Loose objects, jewelry, wrist watches, hats, etc. cannot be worn or taken on the course. This includes: cameras, bags, video recorders, mobile phones or iPods. Bear in mind that even over the summer months it may be cool up in the tree canopy. Be prepared for the weather.
Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your purchase is for a specific time and date. Changes to the date and/or time of your reservation will only be considered if received seven days before the confirmed tour date. Changes of date or time of your booked tour will only be made if there is availability.
Deep Forest Challenge participants agree to comply with all requirements of signage, safety requirements specifically for the Deep Forest Challenge activity and other directions as designated by the supplier. Any non-compliance of such directions, safety requirements and signage requirements or reckless or careless conduct by Deep Forest Challenge participants may lead to cancellation of participant’s inclusion in the Deep Forest Challenge activity. On the day of your booked challenge you will be asked to sign a declaration and waiver and you will need to satisfy our terms of trade. It is important for you to consider any health or medical matters that may impact your ability to participate in the forest challenge course. Participants who are under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will not be permitted to participate in the challenge course.
Deep Forest Challenge complies with all state and federal requirements. It is accredited by the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), the leading professional resource for those who create effective challenge course, canopy/zip line tour and aerial adventure/trekking park facilities and programs that serve the public and/or facilitate learning and positive change in individuals, groups and communities.
